text food log catch up


i  often forget to photograph my food until half way finished with it, if I remember at all… I promise I have kept strict Paleo- just already a bit lax in its documentation.  

picking up Thursday night:

Dinner: 3 JUMBO shrimp, Branzino filet- mixed green salad.

Fri breakfast: coffee, protein shake, fish oil-

Lunch: Mixed green salad with baked 1/2 chicken on top.  double espresso.

Dinner: 8oz filet of beef, mixed green salad.
