Lunch was baked eggs, in spicy tomato sauce and thick ass bacon. Awesome coffee from Africa. At Maialino. Dinner was those olives, ceviches and a scallops and tuna salad at Fig and Olive. Great macron almonds in the salad. Getting a double espresso now. Coffee has become more crucial to me this week. Concern? Not sure yet. Sleep has been restorative, like knowing my body has been struggling. It’s getting better though- coming out the other side to an easier-healthier life.
